After one month of intense development, mybestof.io is finally available for anyone who wants to try it out.
What is mybestof.io?
This is a tool that has one main goal: help you build a "Best Of" playlist on Spotify.
In just a few seconds, you can configure your playlist and select about which artist it should be. All the rest is automated: searching for the tracks from the given artist, sorting them by popularity, saving the playlist to Spotify. Of course all this process happens regularly so that your playlist is always up-to-date without any manual action on your side.
Everyone knows how popular streaming is nowadays, and how playlists are one of the most important drivers of streams. Therefore the Best Of playlists, for example compiling the best tracks from one artist, are useful for two mains reasons:
- Once your playlist is set up, your fans can listen to all your best tracks in a row, without any interruptions or distraction. That is an easy way for them to listen to your music. It is also a convenient way to attract new fans that would have searched for you on Spotify, and found this playlist.
- The more people listen to an artist, the more chance the artist has to appear in their Release Radar/Discover Weekly playlists. Your Best Of playlist will definitely help you reach that goal!
And one last reason. Stop waiting time. If the process of building your playlist can be automated, automate it and use your time wisely.
How does it work?
The first step after the registration is to connect your Spotify account with mybestof.io. Once this is done, you are ready to create your first Best Of. This can either be a completely new playlist, either one of your already existing playlist.
Select the artists and labels filters. It is possible to build a Best Of about one or multiple artists, one or multiple labels or a combination of everything. For example: Songs from artists A and B released on label C only.
There is nothing else you need to do. We will take care of creating the playlist on Spotify and updating them at the frequency you decide (daily/weekly/monthly). This way, any new track gaining in popularity will quickly show up in your Best Of. Without any work from your side.
Are you convinced this could help you in your business? Then try it out!
